When I am at work I walk a lot and sometimes the balls of my feet ache from all the walking, I've tried normal gel insoles in the past and they seemed to help for the first day or two before they started to fade away and feel like a normal shoe sole. I was recently sent a pair of Hydrofeet insoles to test out and review on my blog, they arrived quickly and were packaged well.
I am always skeptical about whether a product is going to work as the company says it will, we all know not all products are the best but when we find something that is it is a keeper! I mention this because the first thing I noticed about these insoles is that they seemed thinner than gel insoles you can find at the store, and they had a large area where the vegetable-based liquid glycerin sits. The first time I tried them on they felt odd, and even the pamphlet that came with them has FAQ section where someone asked how they feel when worn. The company's answer was that they feel weird, but it isn't a bad weird if they felt normal they would be just like any other insole out there.
Right away I could feel a difference in how I was walking, I had a lot more cushion in the arch of my foot which is right where I needed it. Every time I take a foot step I can feel the little pockets of vegetable-based liquid glycerin moving with my foot, and it is quite comfortable. My feet no longer are sore at the end of my work day and I've been talking about the insoles with all of my co-workers who are also on their feet all day long. These insoles are thin enough you can wear them in almost any type of shoe, they also include a little extra "fabric" on the end that are are able to trim if the insole is a little too big for your shoe and they include instructions on how to do so without ruining your insole. After a week and a half of use they still feel the same as the first day I slipped them into my shoe which is a plus because it shows they are still working as they should, and they are showing no signs of wear. I would have included a photo of them inside of my shoe but my shoes are also black and they blend in, plus I don't think anyone wants to see the inside of my shoes. These insoles are currently priced at $44.95 on their website and come in an assortment of sizes for men, women and even children.
One lucky winner is going to receive their own pair of insoles.
