Halloween is just days away but that doesn't mean that you can't still Collect Halloween decorations for next year or if your anything like me I keep mine up all year long my home is decorated with Skulls,Dragons,Fairys,ect My DH & I are both Metal heads & love the world of Magic/Mystical creatures so our home is to our likings.

I recently had a wonderful chance to work with a company called Swirly Designs Ornaments who creates very beautiful pieces of art work.For my review I was sent a Spooky House [Seen Above],The piece is amazing there is so much detail in this tiny piece of art,The house has two bats,a Ghost in a window with the shutters open,& a Pumpkin there is glitter randomly assorted on the ornament,Even the sides are very detailed the sides of the bottom of the house have a black & white pattern.On the back of the ornament is a small decorated circle that says 'Boo!" & has two bats it is darling.The ornament already comes pre strung on an Orange mesh ribbon which compliments the house beautifully I am weird so I will be hanging this on my Christmas tree this year it will fit in perfectly [Night mare before Christmas Ornaments,Dragons,ect].They also have ornaments for other holidays such as Christmas so if your looking for Unique home decor or tree ornaments this is your place to shop.****This was not a paid post and my honest opinion was used. Sorry about not posting much yesterday! I had a super busy day getting things ready for this weekend.Today will be very busy as well but I have just enough time to get todays posts finished.

I had a wonderful chance to work with a company called Lullaby Babies,Who sells a variety of baby friendly items including a Custom baby lullaby Cd.Their products are perfect for baby showers,welcoming a new baby,Mothers day,Christmas & Birthdays.

For my review I was sent a custom lullaby CD that is personalized.A little about this product : A professional singer will record your lullaby using any first name & pronunciation that you supply.Our original lullabies have been written by an international, award-winning songwriter.Our lullabies feature tailored lyrics for commemorating the different baby-related gifting-occasions.I was pretty amazed when the CD arrived it isn't what I expected,& that is a good thing it is much better than I expected I thought the CD would arrive in a small plastic CD case that was clear with a cute image on it & that's it boy was I wrong,The CD arrived in a small Metal gift tin in the upper corner above the photo of a baby my daughters name is etched into the gift tin.On the inside where the actual CD is I found that my daughters name is also on the CD where it says "Nika's Lullaby CD' there are six songs in total.I have enjoyed playing this song & I know my daughter enjoys it as well.I highly recommend this website for gifts this year for the Holidays.****This was not a paid post and my honest opinion was used. DeZign with a Z Review

I am always looking for fun things to decorate my daughters room that aren't your every day items,I recently had a chance to work with a company called DeZign with a Z who makes amazing wall decals.

For my review I received A Venitian wall appliques,A fairy & a small floral decal. The small floral decal can be seen above I used it on a small side table that I have had for a few years,it was just plain tan so I decided it needed a splash of color.The Venitian wall decal I ended up giving to one of my friends because it was by far too large for my home I had no space for it & the Fairy I am saving for when we move into a new home where she will be placed into my daughters bedroom.I enjoyed working with DeZign with a Z because their customer service was friendly,Their shipping is fast,their decals are easy to use & apply in fact my two year old helped me with the floral decal for the table which she had a fun time doing,The decals are sturdy as well the Floral decal goes through my daughter messing with it,things being set on it,having juice spilled on it,colored on,ect but everything cleans off just fine & it still looks as good as the day I received it.You can also get any of their decals in custom colors,I wish I could afford some of their wall Murals they are gorgeous,They are currently offering amazing Halloween decals I want them all hahaha feel free to check out their Website.****This was not a paid post and my honest opinion was used. I am very happy that my daughter has picked up the passion for reading at a very young age,though she is not entirely past the coloring on pages/ripping pages stage I supply her with thick board books she loves reading & have read to her,I also own a collection of paper paged books to read to her at bed time,during nap time & through out the day I am always on the look out for fun new books for us to read during those times.

This book solves the age-old mystery surrounding the whereabouts of missing socks. I happen to find this book quite adorable the illustrations are great & so is the word placing on the page.I enjoy seeing into the fairy's home where he has hundreds of socks that he uses for various things bed sheets,curtains,a door mat & more in this fun adventure you get to see the sock fairy sneaking around in someones home looking for new socks for his collection.The belly button fairy is about A grandmotherly fairy that flies through the sky in her rocking chair carrying a ruler and a bucket of fairy dust. She is responsible for making sure that every child has a belly button and that it’s “always in the middle” again this story was absolutely adorable through out the book the fairy goes over the different types of belly buttons & how belly buttons are 'made' the little grandmother fairy reminds me of my own grandmother so it makes me love the book even more.What is the best part of all about these books? This week seems to be chugging right along I am happy my DH finally has two days off to relax & spend with his family & help me prepare for this weekend.What will you be doing for the weekend?

Good morning blog followers! Today I have an extra special review to share with you & I also have two fresh new giveaways to share with you,I hope you enjoy them as much as I do.

Ever since I was a kid I always loved watching the show Ripley's believe it or not,I am strange & love everything abnormal or odd specially animals with extra limbs,ect. I had a very special opportunity to work with Ripley's on a review of their new Enter if you dare book & their .RBI series – fiction for kids based on real Ripley’s case files which consists of 8 books,The kids series is great small enough to keep a childs attention & each book is a new adventure each book also comes with four fun trading cards,They also have an Interactive website that kids can visit to play games,read about their favorite characters & more the kids series are based off of real stories & facts Ripley's has researched.As soon as I received the Enter if you dare book my nose was buried in it,I read it when I should have been promoting my shop,I read it while in the car[No i wasn't driving],before bed even though I should have been sleeping,I also kept telling my DH some of the most interesting stories in the book which some even surprised him I finished the book within a 24 hour period.I have to admit there was a page or two that was a little too eh for me not really gross just not something I wanted to read [The page about fungus taking over bugs & making them into zombie breading grounds],But I love a lot of the other information in the book some of it I have heard before but most I have never heard or seen.I was amazed at some of the strength of the women in the book for example Ines Remirez Perez of Rio Talea in southern Mexico was forced to give herself a C section to deliver her own baby since no one was home to help her & the nearest hospital was over 50 miles away,Her & her child are both alive & well today. There are also normal day to day things in the book such as amazing paintings,tattoos,lots of piercings,amazing motorcycles that are handmade & More.I was very happy to see two pages dedicated to a man named Todd Ray who has a collection of odd animals two headed turtles,a five legged dog,two tailed lizard a two faced kitten & more his collection has always fascinated me so I was glad to see him in the book.I do not want to spoil everything that is in the book or creep/gross anyone out because I know a lot of the things I find interesting others don't so If you like things that are strange or out of this world this book is for you,& its only one of many they have available. One of the cutest items I have found is a website called Cupcake Cuties,which sells kits you can use to decorate your cupcakes to look like all sorts of scenes,& Animals to where you can't tell its a cupcake at first.For my review Cupcake cuties sent me a Layered cake kit [Seen Above] which came with 24 sleeves & includes pastel confetti & 24 Happy Birthday candles.The instructions are super easy to follow once you bake your cupcake of choice in a cupcake wrapper let them cool down enough to touch,Then you wrap the sleeves provided in the kit around your cupcake [The sleeves have a small sticky tape to make them stick],The next step is to add frosting & the sprinkles or garnishes provided finally topping it off with the candles [Or other decorations depending on the kit you wanted].I enjoyed using this kit unfortunately I can't show you photos of the end results they were eaten too fast & my daughter decided to cover herself & our living room floor in the remaining sprinkles from the kit.The kits are all a good price for everything that comes in them most kits are $23.99 Do keep in mind when buying your kits they do not come with the cupcake mix or frosting so they will need to be bought before hand,If you like to recycle the sleeves in this kit can easily be rinsed off & reused again for the next occasion that calls for them.****This was not a paid post and my honest opinion was used. Eve Organics Review

It is getting closer to Halloween! Which means a weekend of fun for me & then the following Monday after Halloween my Christmas Shopping Guide begins it will be packed full of fun giveaways to Help you cut down your shopping list this year! There will be something for everyone.

I have a review to share with you before I post todays giveaway! I wanted to share a company called Eve Organics.For my review I received Love Butter- Unscented,Rose Petal lip gloss,Black Eyeliner during this review I realized I need to read closer haha It turns out the Love Butter isn't massage oil as I thought but a personal lubricant,Which worked out anyways because my friend wanted it so I included it in the birthday gift basket I made for her,Though trying to get the 'Love Butter' back to the right consistency was a little of a challenge when it first arrived it was melted into a liquid so I did as the directions said & put it in the freezer though I left it in too long so it froze solid but from what my friend has said once it de-thawed it went back to a normal consistency.I really like the Rose Petal Lip gloss that I was sent,It is a gorgeous color I always like the shades that are right in the middle of being too light it looks natural & too dark that you look like a clown.If a thin layer of the Rose Petal Lip gloss is applied it gives off a red/light purple color which does resemble the color of a rose.I also like the black eyeliner because its not flat black & not over the top black Though you can make it darker or lighter depending on how hard you apply it/how many layers you apply I don't normally like pencil eye liner but I did like the way this eye liner went on so it is a keeper! Tersano Lotus Review

I have not been able to share any cleaning products with you lately so today I wanted to post a giveaway for a Cleaning system I recently had a chance to review called the Lotus produced by the company Tersano. What is a Lotus? The system has two main purposes: 1. To clean and sanitize surfaces. 2. To remove pesticides and kill germs on food. It does this using ordinary tap water. The lotus® patented Oxyshield® technology infuses cold tap water with an extra oxygen atom, creating a natural sanitizer. By passing air through 4,500 volts of electricity, the lotus® system splits oxygen molecules into atoms and forces this extra atom to combine and form super-oxygen. The third oxygen atom becomes the sanitizing agent, a natural oxidant -- which kills bacteria and viruses, and neutralizes pesticides.

I was very excited to receive & test out my Lotus cleaning system.It was easy to put together & doesn't take up much room on my counter.I have to admit it was a little louder than I would have expected I don't mind the noise but my two year old daughter is always frightened when I turn it on so I have to use it when she is sleeping.The lotus came with two green cleaning cloths that work like a charm I noticed that they dry fast,they absorb the water you are cleaning with but seem to remain mostly dry the entire time of use.I have also found no difficulties when washing them with my normal clothing.I like using the Lotus around my home it helped remove a few stains from juice off my couch,& food off my walls [My daughter likes to fling her apple sauce if we don't get her down when she wants down].I have found it very useful in my home.Everything is easy to set up & the instructions are easy to follow getting started with the Lotus is a breeze,Ordering replacement parts & extra parts is easy & pretty affordable as well.****This was not a paid post and my honest opinion was used. I recently had the opportunity to work with a company called My Lil Lamb which is a Baby Clothing & Gift Boutique which sells a number of fantastic items for babies & toddlers.For my Review I received a Plush Monster Bowling Game & Plush Funny Monster Slippers[Pictured above].The Monster slippers are so much cuter in person the picture on the My Lil Lamb website does not do these slippers justice,They are a very bright green with blues,orange,white & black in different areas of the monsters.The slippers are a little big for my daughters feet but stay on just fine,I am glad they are a little big for her because it means she will be wearing them for a longer amount of time.The Plush Monster Bowling Game is another great item from My Lil Lamb it comes with six bowling pins shaped like monsters each one has its own look & personality,It also comes with one monster bowling ball.My daughter doesn't quite get the idea of bowling yet[she is almost two] but enjoys playing with this game anyways she likes throwing the ball & playing dolls with the bowling pins.I like the monster bowling game because all the pieces are soft making it so that the child playing with them won't be able to hurt his/her self or anyone around them.I have enjoyed working with My Lil Lamb they have many cute items on their site that I would love to have for my daughter including adorable clothing sets.****This was not a paid post and my honest opinion was used. The last few giveaways & reviews have all been for the Adults so today I wanted to share a review for a company called Diaperbuds.What are Diaperbuds? I received some samples of size 4 diapers.Their website shows that you can place them in your pocket though with the size 4 I have found that a little hard but they do fit perfectly into my purse & diaper bag I can hold more in both of them then I could with a normal diaper.When I sent my daughter to stay the weekend at her grandmothers she thought she ran out of diapers because the diapers buds were some what hidden in the diaper bag,When you unfold the diaper from the 'Bud' they unfold easily into a normal sized diaper I love the design on the diaper the characters are adorable.If anything gets spilled in the diaper bag which has happened once or twice the diapers do not absorb the liquid because they are sealed shut.The prices are pretty decent as well they are 8 diaperbuds for $6.99 which for the convince,The clean factor & the room it saves you is worth it to me.****This was not a paid post and my honest opinion was used. Halloween is only TEN days away.Are you looking for fun Halloween activities to do with your kids that are cheap? There are a lot of things such as haunted houses that you have to pay an arm & a leg to take your kids as well as yourself to but not everyone wants to pay that much for a little holiday fun so what are some fun home activities that can be done?

There are tons of websites that offer fun Halloween treat recipes to make monster cookies,spider cupcakes,Spider web pumpkin pies & more that are cheap,fun & easy to make one of the websites you can visit for easy Halloween recipes is Familyfun.Go.Com now that we have treats covered what about fun decorations? When I was a kid we couldn't afford a ton of decorations to decorate the yard with so my mom would help us make 'Ghost' to hang in the yard make out of news paper & paper towels,All you have to do is take a small ball of news paper & put it in the middle of the paper towel or a white bag then tie it under the ball to create the 'head' of the ghost while the rest is the body which will float you can also add eyes with a sharpie,Many websites also offer free coloring pages that all Halloween themed all you have to do is print them out.If you search around on google for activities in your area you can find either cheap or free Halloween activities for your kids,I have found a few great pumpkin patches in my area that are decently cheap & some even free my daughter had a blast going on the free pony rides & getting to pick her own pumpkin.

Fire Wire GIVEAWAY & Review

Today was a very long Tuesday with lots of driving & stress but it was also an entertaining day so I guess it makes up for the boring parts.I know many of you are waiting for today's giveaway so let's get it posted before it gets too late shall we? One of the things my DH & I love to do is BBQ,we try to do a small family BBQ or large friends BBQ at least once to twice a month,One of the things we like making most is Shish Kabobs before we used to use plain wood squir sticks until I found a company called Fire Wire. Let me just start off my saying WOW we love these they are perfect for grilling with & making Shish Kabobs,we used to use the wooden sticks from the store which were a pain they burned your fingers when you turned them over,& I noticed sometimes the wood would splinter getting either in your food or teeth which is no good who wants splinters in their mouth? The Fire Wire are easy to use & have a loop at the end so your food doesn't slide off,my DH & I made a mad concoction Shish Kabob which consisted of Steak,Peppers,Onion,Crab & Pineapples it actually turned out amazing a bit spicy but really good,Everything stayed on the Fire Wires perfectly & since they are almost twice the size of the wooden sticks we used to use,they hold about two wooden sticks worth of meat/veggies unfortunately this time we didn't get to grill because we forgot to pick up grill fluid so we used the oven which works just as well,When it was time to flip over the Fire Wires we were unsure how to flip them but found out it was only the very end that was hot [The metal 'Poker' that pokes the holes through the meat/veggies so that they slide on] the actual wire was not so it was easy to flip over.When they were done we thought we would need to wait a while for the entire wire to cool down but found out that The wire & the metal end were both cool only after about two minutes of being out of the oven the Fire wire is perfect for grillers or anyone who loves to cook I have really enjoyed using my Fire Wires.****This was not a paid post and my honest opinion was used. I wanted to start off by sharing a very special review & giveaway with you.As many of you know October is Breast Cancer Awareness month,many companies are selling Pink items to help raise awareness one of those companies many of us know,who is that company? The company is Master Lock.I had the chance to work with Master Lock on a review & giveaway of their Pink Locks! For my review I was sent an assortment of locks some were combos,some had keys,there was a pink chain they all looked stunning.My DH was happy to find there was a black lock that he could use since he didn't want to use anything pink [Men will be Men]. I am very impressed with a lot of their new locks I wish I had some of these locks when I was still in school or example one of their combos locks isn't your ordinary combo lock with numbers that you have to spin,but it has a black Dial,the dial still spins but to use the code & to open it you need to move the code either up,down or side to side it also comes with lots of stickers so you can place your own pattern to either help you remember the code or trick others so they can't open your lock,This lock is my DH's favorite out of everything we received.The box also came with Key locks which are my favorite because I was always forgetting my combo in Middle School,They also have Locks that have a combination of both the Number combo & a Key just in case your like me & you forget your code.The pinks that they used for the locks isn't an over whelming pink & since they help raise awareness of breast cancer they are fun to use,helpful to the person using them & they are very cute,I had a few more locks then I could use in my assortment so I gave two to a friend who has been using them at her College she loves them just as much as I do.Some of the locks have the Pink ribbon & some don't which gives everyone an option of which they would like,Master lock also has their traditional colors & locks if that is what your looking for.****This was not a paid post and my honest opinion was used.
