I want to start off today's Giveaway/Review with a small quote from my DH which is as follows "You have too much Makeup,Why in the world do you need anymore?' I personally say you can never have too much makeup so when ELF cosmetics wanted me to review one of their kits & giveaway a starter kit I could not refuse & whats even better was I got to review a Modern Bride makeup kit which fits in perfect for the fist half of this weeks posts.[Today's will be the last wedding post I promise].

ELF cosmetics sent me a Modern Bride:Warm makeup kit to review & a Mini makeup collection kit to giveaway to one lucky winner.I love some of the items in my kit & I also have a bad time with some of the items in the kit,The two things I loved most in my kit was the 'Fire coral' nail polish which I applied to my Nails & Toes I loved it so much,& the 'Rustic brick' lip stick which I think is the perfect color for my skin tone in a way when I do my makeup I think i look more professional while I am wearing the lip stick.I also liked the pallet which helps reduce signs of blemished,dark under eye circles & More It worked really well.The two things I didn't like as much was the cream eye shadow but that is only because I don't like the feel of cream eye shadow on my eye lids it makes them feel heavy but the colors were nice,the other thing I didn't like was the pressed powder which was too dark for my face it just looked like I had a dirty face,I am a very pale person So i can't entirely blame this on the makeup,My kit also came with eye liner which was a nice shadow of brown for when i want a nice natural look to my makeup,& a set of fake eyelashes which I love wearing but tend to lose them or they end up getting Destroyed on accident when I am out.My favorite thing about ELF cosmetics is that their makeup is really well prices.**This was not a paid post and my honest opinion was used. For my review I got the Blissfully Simple Wedding Planning for real couples & a Brides made planner.I have began to read through this keep in mind with A DH,a DD,A blog[which is like another child to take care of haha] & a hectic life I have not been able to read all of it but from what I have read this book pretty much has Everything you can need for wedding planning.This handy planner comes with lots of lists you will need including 'Fill in' pages for you to write down prices of vendors,ect,Lists of what you typically need to buy for weddings,lists of which each member of the wedding party can help with,tips for the Groom & Bride.This planner isn't your everyday normal boring planning the author does throw in some cute remarks & makes you smile/laugh while reading through this it was a very relaxing read.I have found this very helpful & I look forward to using it to plan my wedding during next year.She even has a 'Talk to the Aurthur' area on her website in case you have any questions **This was not a paid post and my honest opinion was used. Do you have a brother,father or Husband who is hard to shop for? My DH is the same way in some ways specially when it comes to Jewelry he wears but I found a great ring which is guy friendly.

Wow it is already almost the weekend? Feels like time is flying by,Though I have a lot to do lately (& I am thankful for it) I have been managing to keep on top of everything plus spend lots of family time with my family.With each day that passes it is a good thing for all of You my amazing blog followers.Why? Eco Lips GIVEAWAY & Review

Good morning everyone sorry for the little late blog post today my internet is out for the day but it will be back on in the evening.Summer is here which I am sure most of you can tell,Which means it is beach season & time for dry skin plus very chapped lips I have a great site today that I did a review for & who has offered to host a Giveaway so that one of you can win some moisturizing lip balm.

I recently had the delight of working with Eco Lips who has a wonderful line of lip balm & lip balm accessories such as their Lip care kits which comes with lip balm,Eco Leash,Eco Clip,Eco Lanyard,& Eco Key ring which help you keep your Lip balms attached to you at all times if your like me you own a dozen & a half lip balms but you tend to lose about half of those after a little while owning them.

Eco Lips sent me some wonderful lip balm I got three of my choice which were Grape,Kiwi-Strawberry,& Berry Berry Lemonade they also sent along Sweet Plum & Peppermint.From my personal experience I thought their lip balm felt very nice it didn't leave my lips feeling waxy or greasy like some of the lip balms I have tried,It didn't have a tart or bee wax taste either (I tend to lick my lips a lot).My favorite from what I was sent was the Kiwi-Strawberry it was wonderful it smells amazing & I love using it on my lips,My DH favorite was the Berry Berry Lemonade & my mother stole my Sweet plum because she loved the way it smelled & felt. If you have been one of my blog readers for a while or know me personally you know one Major fact about me,I am CRAZY about makeup.I have tried tons of brands I am super picky about how the makeup feels on my face,how it applies,how bright the color is,really anything to do with makeup.Though I am a stay at home mom who doesn't get out much besides appointments & errand running I do enjoy wearing makeup almost every other day.

Her eye shadow containers are very easy to open,though one issue I always have with mineral makeup no matter what brand it is always gets every where After the first time i use it(because it is lose powder),The feel of the combination between the Mineral makeup & the eye shadow brush she sent felt silky smooth.The mineral makeup is so light you can hardly tell you are wearing it which is nice because some eye shadows feel like they are weighing your eye lid down,The colors of her makeup are nice they aren't as bright/bold like I normally like in eye shadow but they will be perfect for the days that I want a more modern/classy look.I think I have fallen in love with the makeup brush that was included in what she sent it felt so amazing & so smooth against my eye lid I love using it I almost want to do my makeup even when I don't need to just so I can use it.I had a very pleasant experience over all my favorite shade I got to try was Winter Night it was a nice dark color with lots of purple glitter,One of the things I would like to try next is Mineral Foundation I have not had the chance to try it yet but from the Mineral makeup collection I own i love it.Mineral makeup is a lot better & healthier for your skin then your everyday average store brand & most the time Mineral makeup is cheaper to buy.**This was not a paid post and my honest opinion was used. My thoughts on Dr. Hess: For my Review I received 1 2oz jar of Udder Ointment for dry ski,1 2oz jar of Baby Butts for diaper rash & two Udder sticks for chapped lips.I was very happy to receive the package in the mail I got home & opened it right away the smell of the products are amazing they have a nice mint smell that is not over powering.I have been testing out their products for the last three days & even though it has only been three days I have seen a Major improvement in my skin summer is here so that means dry skin,My computer chair is sucking the life out of the side of my foot(I tend to sit on my left foot while on the computer) I have a small dry patch from where my foot sits on my computer chair most other lotions & ointments just barley helped after using the Udder ointment on it for the last few days it is already almost gone even my fiance has noticed the difference,He has also been using the 'Mango' Udder stick on his lips & loves it he told me that I better leave a 110% out of 100% positive feedback since he loves it as well.I tried the Baby butts on my daughter who has been getting diaper rashes frequently over the last few weeks I noticed the diaper rash was gone the morning after I used baby butts.I think the best part about this product is that you only have to use a Dime sized amount when you use it,A little goes a long way so even just a 2oz jar will last you a while.I do plan on buying a larger jar once my 2oz jar runs out,I suggest this product to anyone who has issues with Dry skin,chapped lips,or have children in diapers.
