First I will be reviewing punkscrapper.etsy.com She works with felt,makes cards,tea towels & more

Here is what I got to review:


Package arrived very fast, Contents were wrapped for safety & neatly. Package contained some extra goodies, A little cloud hair clip & a set of cards. Tea towels feel great,I have come into contact with some very nasty feeling towels & rags before & these did not disappoint they are also very absorbent which is a plus with having a child. This item & store are recommended for anything who loves the night mare before Christmas or the "darker" side of things she is a great & friendly seller. *Win won of her cards in the Holiday Guide Giveaway coming later in November

Second I will be bringing you a review for your Furry little critter or your furry child some would say. I am reviewing furrypawsboutique.etsy.com she makes collars & leashes for cats & dogs

Here is what I got to review:


Item arrived right on time, had a professional tag & everything on it looked just like one you picked up from a fancy pet store at the mall but much more affordable, she has many different styles colors & sizes to choose from.I don't personally have a dog so I tested it out on my Father-In-Laws dog fit her perfectly,even while going for a run the collar was really sturdy & stayed in place unlike some of her collars she has had before. This shop is great for pet owners, Have a pet on your Christmas shopping list? Have a look at her store

A little History on Halloween
We all now call October 31st Halloween that is what we have known it as for years & years,but have you ever thought about if it was always called Halloween or how it all started? It wasn't always about costumes & candy, Halloween has origins in the ancient Celtic festival known as Samhain.The festival of Samhain celebrates the end of the "lighter half" of the year and beginning of the "darker half",& is sometimes regarded as the "Celtic New Year" The celebration has some elements of a festival of the dead. The ancient Gaels believed that the border between this world & the Otherworld became thin on Samhain, allowing spirits (both harmless and harmful) to pass through.The family's ancestors were honored & invited home whilst harmful spirits were warded off. It is believed that the need to ward off harmful spirits led to the wearing of costumes & masks. Their purpose was to disguise oneself as a harmful spirit & thus avoid harm.Bonfires were a large part in celebration during this time,building two bonfires next to each other & then walking between the two was believed to "cleanse" you.

Recently we did a Halloween version of Secret Santa called "Secret Ghouls" where those who wanted to be part of it signed up & got assigned a partner to send a gift to. Pumpkin Carving:
he American tradition of carving pumpkins preceded the Great Famine period of Irish immigration & was originally associated with harvest time in general, not becoming specifically associated with Halloween until the mid-to-late 1800s.It is also said the Jack o lantern was carved & placed on door steps to light the way home for parted loved ones,whos spirit could visit home on All Hallows Eve

My family & I went out this week & bought our pumpkins for carving This is how they turned out:

Instead of buying a bag that you will just throw away check out her shop,I personally have been using one of her sandwich bags for the last two weeks it is great To clean it all you have to do is wipe out the inside & her bags come in different patterns & sizes for all of your needs.Highly recommended store!

Second I will be reviewing OhlalaBaby.etsy.com She makes cute baby items & wash cloths

Her package arrived fast,items were packaged neatly. Item is super soft & great for delicate skins,Each its very Green friendly hand crochet from 100% Organic & Ecological cotton. Her shop is full of many cute baby items & a variety of colors of wash cloths. This store is recommended for those with sensitive skin or children. WIN one of her washcloths

Last but not least is TableScapesCompany.etsy.com She makes cute reusable cloth napkins

Package arrived fairly quickly,everything was in great condition & wrapped very cute with a little bow & all,Napkins are soft & the perfect size for meals.They are made out of 100% Cotton & since they are washable you won't have to buy paper towels all the time, you can just wash these with your normal load & you will be saving money & won't be throwing away all those paper towels you go through. I actually reviewed one very similar to this but due to my camera not doing what I would like it to,I am using a photo of one of her other Moss gardens.Package arrived in two days,& was packaged neatly with a little note on top,The jar had plenty of bubble wrap around it,it has its own little military defense system,The moss garden itself looks great I have always loved the way moss felt & looked so this review truly tickled my heart,I have one with a cute little Japanese bridge in it.Love plants? Is it hard for you to keep your plants alive? I would Highly suggest buying one of these it only needs to be watered once every 2-3 weeks & grows best in indirect sunlight, Her moss gardens are inexpensive & a unique gift.

Second I will be reviewing jennuinecandles.etsy.com She makes amazing scented candles that are 100% Palm wax

Here is what I got to review:


Package arrived within two days,it was packaged nicely so that the candle would not break during the shipment.Package right away smelled amazing.Candle looked great,the wax looks pretty & crystallized,upon opening I was hit with a wonderful berry explosion smell.When lit candle fills your home with its unique & wonderful scent,Instead of being like normal candles that tend to look nasty once you burn them it goes back to how it originally look which is a major plus for being a living room candle. All candle lovers should check out this shop & its wonderful candles available in many scents,shapes & colors.
